Section 55
Annual Report
(1) Within three months after the end of each financial year, the authority shall submit to the Government of Nepal an annual report of its activities during that year along with details of its income and expenditure.
(2) The authority shall publish the annual report submitted in accordance with sub-section (1) for the information of the general public.
